The company is the brain child of franchise and fitness leaders, with the hardware to prove it.  Founded in NYC in 2016, Rumble’s initial registration and investment round required a high demand marketing campaign with an extremely aggressive timeline and a shoestring startup budget.  The MVP shopify project met the specs of their styleguide and the demands of an aggressive marketing campaign.

In phase 2 of this fitness company custom web development project, Arcane Strategies completed the frontend bootstrap development and backend ERP integration with industry software provider, ZingFit, on a Laravel framework. In addition to collaborative meetings with the provider, Arcane has maintained daily communications with all parties and has continued fast turnarounds for this startup’s aggressive schedule.

Alongside website development, Arcane regularly developed and supported operations software to support business intelligence analytics, automated administrative workflows, and automated reengagement methods using technologies like PhantomJs and Braze. Most notably Arcane launched the first ever web-based in-person transaction card readers in concert with credit card processing partner, Stripe.com, to bring Rumble’s in-person transactions directly into their backend.

The company is a leading software provider for retirement plan financing and forecasting/ Winklevoss came to Arcane to build a mult-language website in 2016 and years later reengaged in the effort to deliver a web-based financial reporting and forecasting application. Based off their flagship forecasting software, ProvalPs, this PowerBi-based application later extended into a full-scale custom build. Arcane’s experience with business intelligence software including PowerBi, Grow, Domo, MixPanel, and Tableau set the groundwork for a lightweight and user-friendly user interface atop a complex data structure.

This appliation allows actuaries to provide pension plan history and forecasting to their customers within a light-weight graphical interface. Their flagship product, ProVal, is the market leader in North America, boasting users in 30 countries from within 250+ client accounts.

Marantec America is an international leader in garage door equipment with a website built on Typo3.  As a platform with a very small community, Typo3 support is hard to come by, so when Marantec needed to convert its digital banking forms to PDF’s, to meet banking regulations, there were few resources available to fit their needs.  To make matters more difficult, the CMS and supporting server were 8 years outdated, requiring 2 major step-wise upgrades, simply to meet the needs of a modern development environment.

Fortunately, Arcane Strategies was able to help with both matters.  With two step-wise upgrades, a server migration and upgrade, and 20+ plugin upgrades, the MarantecAmerica.com site was able to be fully supported on a stable development, staging, and production environment.  From that point on in this manufacturing custom web development project, Arcane was able to leverage Typo3’s niche syntax (phtml and typoscript) to handle PDF outputs for both of Marantec’s banking forms.

Arcane Strategies recommended an agile based approach, performing a full site and stack audit to identify all necessary upgrades for this ice cream parlor’s custom web services project. The resulting findings meant a budget-friendly upgrade procedure that allowed Leopold’s to salvage their existing site and create a project plan that was sensitive to their priorities and need for greater budgetary control.

The intranet is further protected with local hosting and restricted to network access.
